To calculate your needs, multiply the length of your room by the width to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10% waste factor for cuts and mistakes, or 15% for diagonal patterns.
What are your shipping and delivery options for heavy tile and stone?
We offer standard curbside delivery for large orders, which are shipped via freight on pallets. Smaller items may ship via ground parcel. You can also choose free in-store pickup at any of our retail locations.
What is your return policy for leftover boxes of flooring?
We accept returns of unused, resellable merchandise in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase. Please ensure you have your receipt or order confirmation for a full refund.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we are a specialty retailer and do not install products directly, we provide a list of local, independent professional installers and offer resources to help you manage your DIY project.
Can I request samples before making a large purchase?
Yes, we offer samples for most of our flooring, tile, and decorative products. Samples can be ordered online and shipped directly to your door so you can see the materials in your home's lighting.
How do I care for and maintain my new natural stone floors?
Natural stone should be sealed upon installation and cleaned with pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for stone. Avoid acidic or abrasive chemicals that can damage the surface or grout.
