  Ensure all tile, wood, or stone products are in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Bring your items to any Floor & Decor retail location for an immediate refund, or contact our customer support team to arrange for a freight pickup for larger palletized orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your items are inspected and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, typically appearing in your account within 3-7 business days.
